I am deeply disappointed and disheartened by the experience my family had with Everest Hospice in San Diego. Our loved one, who is battling cancer, was abruptly denied further service simply because he was admitted to the hospital. This decision has caused him significant emotional distress that he did not need to deal with in his remaining days. This has been incredibly hard on our family as we watch him suffer. It is heartbreaking to see a hospice, which is supposed to provide compassionate end-of-life care, abandon a patient in their time of need. The lack of support and empathy shown by Everest Hospice has added unnecessary stress and pain to an already difficult situation. I would not recommend their services to anyone seeking reliable and compassionate care for their loved ones. Please, make sure to thoroughly research the hospice you choose for your loved one to avoid having a similar bad experience.
